The Fern House

Come relax in the heart of Greenwood in this cozy one bedroom one bath home. Wash off the day in the spacious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven with an air fryer setting. Warm up by the fireplace or just relax by the ambient light. When you finally turn in, cuddle up under the covers of the queen bed and pull the black out curtain closed. The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.

Four bedrooms, where the bizarre did dwell, A dining room with tales to tell, A kitchen that conjured culinary spells, Two bathrooms, where the ordinary rebelled. About 15 minutes from Fort Smith and close to lots of restaurants and downtown Van Buren.
