Leamington Spa is 7 mls, Historic Warwick is 8 & Stratford on Avon 20 miles away. A private court yard with table and chairs for 6. Beautiful walks on the Canal and surrounding countryside. The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside.
