The River Sweet

My river property is located right on the edge of the Arkansas river in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The property is comfortably accessed by the highway with ample parking for 4 automobiles. At the same time there is 1200’of private river access with a large comfortable access via boating and wading. Our property is really all about the river. In the spring, summer and fall the river can really be moving. This provides an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sounds, birds and pastoral scene.

One of Canon City’s original stone houses, built in 1902, was completely gutted in 2012 from foundation to roof. Everything has been completely restored, preserving the old wood trim & hardwood floors, yet bringing in new life with all the modern amenities. This 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, living room, kitchen, pantry, game room & fenced in backyard (with doggie door & removable security panel) includes large, new triple pane windows, 10 foot high ceilings & many energy efficient features.

Windy Ridge Cabin is located in Canon City Colorado. Our non smoking cabin rustic appeal offers a mini fridge, composting toilet, convenient kitchen with basic amenitie. We don’t have shower. Upon request we also offer mindfulness meditation . Perfect for a single guest. We offer free parking. Our neighborhood is very peaceful. We allow one guest only. We allow one pet only not more than 35 lbs(cat not allowed)
