This unit is one of two located above a detached garage, the owners live on the property in a separate building. 2026 Updates include: firm mattress topper and a sound machine.

This room is part of the Merrybell Motel, a classic roadside motel on Rt 1. There is one queen bed in the room which comfortably sleeps two people. Attached to the room is a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, air-conditioning, heater, flat screen tv with DirecTV and high speed fibre internet.
