Close to other popular beaches such as Robe and Beachport. Southend is adjacent to the Canunda National Park for 4WD enthusiasts. Southend is perfect for fishing, sailing, swimming or just lazing on the beach. A surf beach is situated between Southend and Beachport. Southend has a small shop that is licensed and sells basic groceries. It has a takeaway fish and chip shop open weekends (6 days during summer).There is a local community club open weekends (open for meals in summer).Restaurants and other shopping is available in Beachport and Millicent, both a short drive away. We would like to stress this property is our own beach house. It is not resort standard accommodation. There isn't any air conditioning only fans and basic heating. Our pricing reflects this. It should be viewed as a comfortable base for exploring the area and other activities : fishing, boating, surfing and 4 wheel driving.

Our coastal holiday house overlooks the beautiful Rivoli Bay at Southend just 5 minutes walk to the beach. With plenty of fishing, swimming, watersports, 4 wheel driving tracks and only a short drive to other popular beaches including Beachport and Robe. This 3 bedroom accommodation is fully self-contained and offers 2 Queen beds, 2 single beds including all your linen requirements. Fully enclosed yard with BBQ and outdoor table & chairs.

The Shed Bed

The Shed Bed is situated in natural bush. It is peaceful and private. The Shed Bed is small but clean and tidy. As you turn off Haynes-Edwards Road, our track winds through native bushland. Keep going up the drive to the house, not going left to the sheds, the Shed Bed on the left of the house. We have a pup called Cobber. He is a great pup, but he can be boisterous. Let us know if you aren't keen on dogs and then we can tie him up.
