We’re minutes from Treetops Ski Resort and the snowmobile trail sits right at the end of our road! This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch overlooks Kassuba Lake, sleeps 6, and features 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. Bedroom one has a king bed; bedroom two has two twin-over-full bunks. Large windows bring in natural light, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Access snowmobile and ATV trails just across the lake! Enjoy the hot tub and views of the sunrise over the lake year-round with kayaks and swimming in the lake during the summer months. The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

Fresh remodel - May 2025! Welcome to Cottage 7 on Heart Lake. This has 1 bed/1 bath accommodating up to 2 guests. The cottage includes a full kitchen stocked with all cookware, silverware, and dining utensils. In the summer guests will have access to shared kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, water trampoline, swim platform, and bonfire pit. In the winter, guests can access Trail 7, directly across the road, for snowmobile season. It's the perfect place for your northern Michigan getaway!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items
