Take a break and soak up the beauty of the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley in our cosy cottage. With two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen and plenty of parking, it’s an easy place to unwind. Wander nearby forest trails, ride Puffing Billy, visit cellar doors or enjoy good local food and coffee. Or stay in, put on some music, and relax on the verandah while kookaburras, parrots, echidnas and wombats wander by. Right next door to Avalon Castle and an easy walk to Chae. Linen and towels provided.

Menzies Cottage is an hour east of Melbourne & set high on a mountain-side in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Enjoy views out to the Wellington Road farmlands & Cardinia Reservoir. On a clear day you can see Arthur’s Seat, Port Phillip & Westernport Bays. Visit nearby Puffing Billy Steam Train, go bushwalking, feed the friendly farm animals or settle-in for a lazy afternoon before watching the sun set. The cottage is fully self contained & with your own private entrance, deck & enclosed garden.

Nestled in between the quaint towns of Cockatoo and Belgrave, Emerald is a frequently visited town among tourists to the Dandenong Ranges region. Whispering Trees is a beautiful modern bungalow on our 1 acre property which is completely separate from the main house and within walking distance to the township. We think our bungalow is best suited for couples and solo adventurers and small families.

We live in a separate dwelling on-site—here to assist if needed but won’t interrupt your relaxing stay. Chat with our friendly dogs, George (Bull Mastiff) & Myrtle (Bulldog), highland cow, sheep, duck, and chooks.

Beautiful, bright and lovely cottage nestled within a stunning Yarra Valley vineyard and farm. Neighbouring wineries, such as Coldstream Hills, Yarra Yering, Medhurst and Oakridge, are two minutes away, and Healesville is an easy 8 minute drive. If you want a a relaxing getaway, you will love the interior space with its well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. Herb gardens edge the back deck, and the front verandah catches the afternoon sunset. The cottage is a gorgeous getaway.

Yet you can enjoy the convenience of being only minutes away from town. The house is perfect for a couple, but even more perfect for those with young children who will love the huge playground complete with swings, bikes, toys, cubby house, sandpit and trampoline!

We are family friendly and can provide a portacot, bassinet and change table to make your stay easy!

Situated in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, a one hour drive from Melbourne's CBD, The Artisan’s Cottage is a truly unique place to unwind. Set in almost one acre of rambling gardens, the cottage features a spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed, a beautifully appointed ensuite, a large living/dining room warmed by a wood fire and a well equipped kitchenette. The Artisan's Cottage is home to Penny Olive Sourdough bakery and Tiny Block Wine, run by your hosts Penny and Andrew.

The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.
