A beautifully finished first floor flat boasting spectacular sea and country views. Perfect for romantic get aways and walking trips, located just a few minutes walk from the South West coastal path and two sandy beaches. On sunny days, our local beaches are just 10-15 minutes walk away with the beautiful Helford River easily accessible on foot or by car.

Tregildry 2 is a two bedroom apartment with separate access from the main house it has striking views of St Anthony and the Helford River. The apartment is dog friendly and surrounded by beautiful walks just off the Southwest Coast Path and only 7 minutes on foot to Gillan Cove. Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Tucked away in a tranquil corner of the Owners' grounds, Hope’s Cabin, a stunning retreat to return to at the end of a day exploring the Lizard peninsula in Cornwall. Soak away aches in the gorgeous copper bath or relax in front of the log burner. Enjoy ‘al fresco’ dining on the deck or wrap up in a rug when the temperature drops. Sun lovers will appreciate sunshine for most of the day. Well equipped kitchen cleverly chosen to maximise space. King size bed, inside loo & outside shower.

If you like modern spaces, and fancy hanging around sculpture for more than a quick gallery visit then this may appeal. The setting is rural the accommodation spacious and light. The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. The accommodation is priced for two. Babies are more than welcome ( The space is large and would accommodate three or four people with an additional cost. A sofa bed can be requested but the space is open plan).

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

The Chalet

Forget worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a secluded valley just inland from Porthallow fishing cove, the Chalet at Parc an Fox is a detached, single-storey property set within the owners’ 4½ acres of grounds. This tranquil retreat is a pleasing walk through fields and lanes from Porthallow (just under a mile), and only a short drive from Gillan, St Anthony and the Helford River (approx. 3 miles).
