Welcome to your mini mountain home! Hotel room/studio with some cooking facilities. Central Falls Creek village location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Ski in winter, including ski in ski out (snow depth dependent). Escape the heat to mountain breezes and bike or hike in summer! Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *winter 2025 is byo towels and linen due to a new baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. If you can't bring own linen & towels please ask and I'll arrange.

Our Apartment has a fantastic drying cupboard, laundry with washing machine, and is alway cosy and warm. If you prefer to stay in, we have free Foxtel and wifi to keep you entertained.

With no common walls and on the top floor the apartment is quiet. Lockup storage for skis, bikes and prams. Designated parking space. Free winter shuttle bus. Saturday from 6pm watch the flare run/ fireworks from our verandah. Bobuck 3c is the perfect place to stay.

This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains.
