Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

It is in a very handy central location for all visitor attractions and scenic areas near Glasgow, Stirling, Falkirk and Edinburgh, as well as nearby towns of Kirkintilloch and Cumbernauld. It is perfect for those wanting to explore the beautiful surrounding area or even as a stop over on route to the highlands.

The pet friendly (two maximum), self contained unit is a detached annexe, internal dimensions are 6m x 4m. It has modern amenities having been completed in May 2021. The guest house is ideally located in Central Scotland with motorway access to all areas North, South, East and West 5 minutes drive from the location. The railway station at Falkirk High with a journey time of 20 minutes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh is a 10 minute drive.
