This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

Located in West Norman, this apartment has easy access to OU, I-35, shopping, and bus routes. It's a clean and relaxing place to unwind after work or during your vacation. It includes all the amenities you might need to cook your own meals while out of town, but is also close to a wide variety of restaurants should you choose to sample some of Norman's tasty eats. The Italian cabin offers a private porch with seating, charcoal grill and a fire pit right outside your duplex style cabin. Fix a snack or a full meal with a kitchenette. More than two staying, no worries there is a loft with a movable ladder for easy access with a floor mattress. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee.

This home was designed and built by an OU faculty member who was a fine art furniture builder. The home features the original owners hand crafted solid wood cabinetry throughout and is full of authentic mid century fixtures that have aged well but, please note, are not in like new condition. Located less than a mile north of the University of Oklahoma campus and just a short walk to downtown Norman's restaurants and bars. This Bright and open-plan layout features a queen-size murphy bed, a sliding barn door, a kitchenette, 42 inch TV with Apple Play, and a private patio.
