Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Sandy Feet Retreat...A lovely touring caravan, in a private garden, with a stunning sea view.

Sandy Feet Retreat is a basic,clean,warm caravan situated in the front garden of our house,Pine Ridge. It sleeps two,in a double bed,plus a child in the seating area. There is a kitchenette. All with sea views. There is a small bathroom, with a basin, shower, and cassette toilet (emptied and refilled each day by ourselves.) All bedding is provided. It is not perfect, but it is clean and dry,comfy and quiet with stunning views. It has a one ring electric hob(no grill/oven) microwave and fridge.

Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony. Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry.

A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft is a cosy converted stone barn, ideally suitable for 2-4 guests. The property is centrally heated and fully equipped for use all year round. Its ideally placed for visiting Eden, the Lost Gardens of Helligan and the picturesque harbours of Charlestown and Mevagissey. Sticker village is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with a pub and shop within easy walking distance. The South West coastal path is also nearby. We welcome well behaved dogs.
