This lovely home is peaceful & conveniently located next to I-195 and a short drive away from Boston, Providence, Newport, Cape Cod, many beaches, a winery and a 5 minute drive to UMass Dartmouth. With its private entrance, this cozy home has a fully equipped kitchen, grill, cable/Roku & Wi-Fi, board games and a sunroom overlooking Lake Noquochoke so all you are left to do is bring your kayak, food and you’re ready to relax!

Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.
