Make Fiddler's Green your home base for Falmouth's dozen public beaches (three of which are less than 3 mi away), and Falmouth's quintessential town green (2.5 mi away), stores, churches, library, and epic local spots for food & beverages - Liam's Irish Pub, Añejo Mexican Bistro, etc.!

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Contemporary cottage on quiet, private, wooded lot. Pristine, bright & comfortably furnished. Open living area, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, cable/internet/phone with unlimited national calling, SmartTV with Netflix and additional internet streaming services. Walk or bike to beaches and trails, 5 minute drive from downtown shops and restaurants. Property abuts West Chop Woods with lovely, quiet walking trails.
