A delightful self-contained Garden Room in the peaceful village of Graffham with lovely rural views, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the popular village shop which supplies a large variety of fresh food and a continental breakfast, as well as walking distance from two excellent pubs. Its a wonderful base to explore the South Downs by foot or bike, or visit the antique shops of Petworth, Petworth House, polo in Midhurst, West Dean Gardens, Parham House, motor & horse racing at Goodwood.

Our restful cabin is situated in a peaceful spot within our garden, with views on to open fields and the Downs beyond. It offers a perfect rest spot for walkers and cyclists exploring the beautiful countryside on and around the South Downs Way. Our village has two fabulous pubs, a unique village shop with its own little outdoor cafe, and is just a 15 minute drive from the market town of Petworth, Polo at Midhurst, 20 minutes from Goodwood, and 1/2 hour from the Cathedral City of Chichester.

16th century Grade 2 listed cottage on a quiet street in Petworth, a beautiful market town famous for its cobbled streets and numerous antique/homeware shops, in the heart of the South Downs. The cottage is furnished to a high standard, retaining period features and quirky charm. The cosy layout makes it ideal for couples/solo travellers. You’ll find bars, pubs, restaurants, delis and antique/homeware shops on the doorstep, and Petworth House and park (a National Trust property) is 2-mins away.

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. Compact and cosy, Hazelnut Corner offers one double bedroom, one single room, modern shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Outside is a small private patio area

The Cottage at Grittenham Farm is a beautifully restored 17th Century milking parlour. It contains a lovely open-plan living room and kitchenette area, a stylish double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.
