The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! At your fingertips you have gorgeous sandy beaches, year round parks, bike trails, many festivals events you won't want to miss, mini golf, breweries, wineries, and the list goes on - all at your fingertips! Have a boat? Daily and weekly dock slips are available at the marinas, along with pontoon boat rentals. Just dock your boat and walk less than 2 minutes .

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). The Cottage Loft Life On Ferrysburg Time.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one side of the original lodge, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.
