Driftwood Gardens Guesthouse on High Rock Lake

Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

The Aerie

The homestead is separate from the space, so you don’t have to interact with animals if you don’t wish to. The space is part of a beautiful home, not entirely secluded, but still very private. Perfect for a couple’s getaway or a solo retreat. Only an hour from Charlotte and Winston Salem!

Beautifully built farmhouse cottage tucked away with gorgeous views minutes to downtown Salisbury and I-85. Enjoy the rocking chair front porch overlooking sprawling wooded acres and farm. One bedroom with a king bed and full bath and the other with a twin over full size bottom bunk bed. Fully stocked with all the necessities & more! This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!
