Unit is not well suited for children and the balcony has gaps big enough for a dog or child to get on the roof.

Comfortable queen bed, sofa, desk, tv, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Everything you need for your stay! The room is attached to a shop about 1 acre from our main house. Shop area isn’t used much, but if needed during your stay, you will be notified prior to use. Van Alstyne is a quaint small town with vintage shops and restaurants. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

Open for dinner Wednesday - Sunday and brunch on weekends. Great area to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Property borders an abandoned golf course. Cart paths makes a great walking trail! Very short drive to nearby Lake Texoma. 15 minute drive to Choctaw Casino. Denison has a vibrant downtown area with lots to do.
