The guest tower can sleep up to 6 , there is a pull-out queen size sofa bed in the top living room, the master bed is a full size bed. The kitchenette includes dinnerware & silverware, a minifridge, microwave, and coffee maker - we provide coffee and creamer. We do not recommend kids under 6 in the lofted beds.
