A beautiful two-bedroom house restored in 2022 is set in the middle of a working 160 acre cattle farm and is fully equipped for your comfort. After a short drive down a dirt road, you are 21 mi from Eureka Springs, 25 mi from Big Cedar/Top of the Rock resort, 45 mi from the Buffalo river and we are surrounded by four lakes.

As part of the Fairway Inn boutique hotel property, the FGC has access to the recreation area pool, firepit, waterfall, free continental breakfast and more.
