Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre homestead and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, an apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Bird Brook Retreat is a functional studio space located in the quaint Village of Chittenango, home to the beautiful Chittenango Falls. This newly renovated space is conveniently located 20 minutes from Syracuse, 25 minutes from Turning Stone Casino and 3 minutes from YBR Casino. A good central location for the Syracuse area. Many outdoor activities await you just minutes away at Green Lakes State Park and The Erie Canal. Come enjoy a calm and peaceful stay at this private and quiet location!

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Welcome to “The Waterfall House”, a family retreat with a gorgeous natural waterfall! Relax and enjoy the most serene location with 8.5 acres of land featuring a private waterfall and stream. This open floor plan home is a perfect spot to gather family or use it as a place to stay while visiting Syracuse. This park like setting is a photographers dream. This is the best location for a true outdoor enthusiast. Spot wildlife from every window in the house or fish for trout in the stream!

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
