Home features open floor plan with living room fireplace, modern kitchen, additional family room, three season room, all with great views of the river. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. Family room has a queen sofa sleeper. Three season room also has a queen sofa sleeper for additional guests during the spring, summer, and fall. You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
