Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. Jump into the outdoor shower or hot tub after a day of hiking or shopping in nearby Yellow Springs. Centrally located, the Cabin is just 20 minutes from Dayton and 50 minutes from Columbus.

A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard, and many amenities nearby. You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them. We will work hard to make them feel special and they shouldn't be forgotten.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just minutes from the Nutter Center, WSU, Wright-Patterson AFB, USAF Museum, and I-675 to I-70 & I-75. Beavercreek has great people & dog parks, small businesses (including a fabulous paper crafting store & bakery that addresses dietary restrictions...and it's delish!), and bike/walking paths. The Wayside

This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.
