Plenty of off street parking nearby Please know I have 2 young children who are sometimes in the backyard! we are always respectful and I haven’t had complaints, I just want people to be aware that You may see a little person when coming and going.

Lots of room to relax and visit with family and friends, large island in the kitchen with sofa and counter chairs.

City Park and the Lakefront are in biking walking/biking distance. Owners are available as needed. NO PARTIES . NO EVENTS . No smoking!! Sorry I do not rent to locals. (Got "burned" by someone trashing the house and throwing a party)
