It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!
