Cozy Country Guest House is a 100 year old farm home out in the country about 5 miles out of Hallettsville Tx. Off of highway 77, we have a 75 acres ranch, with cattle and horse. Our main home is on the property too, we enjoy watching the cows and deer that come across every morning and evening, so hope you enjoy a cup of coffee, or and evening beverage relaxing on the porch. This is a very quaint country relaxing environment, hope you enjoy.

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. Come relax in this freshly renovated apartment attached to our historic home. When you stay with us you'll have the whole apartment to yourself as well as a private entrance and garage. The space is equipped with Wi-Fi, a 55 inch smart TV with multiple complimentary streaming services, as well as a washer and dryer. We can't wait for you to be our guest!

The Otto House

The Otto house is walking distance from downtown Schulenburg and has a cozy, quaint feel. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen, along with a futon in the living room. We currently do not have a TV or Wifi, but what better way to get away from the bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of small town life.

Third Street Inn

Enjoy some time at our cozy and beautiful Inn! We are walking distance from our courthouse square where you can catch a movie, shop, or get a bite to eat! We are also conveniently located close to many wineries and the famous Spoetzl Brewery. We don’t typically make breakfast for Air B&B bookings, but can be requested for an extra charge.

Fawn Creek

Perfect escape! Custom built cabin nestled in the woods. Tranquility awaits you among the beautiful trees, wildlife and star gazing. Although we do live on the 20 acre property, the cabin is secluded and the surrounding grounds and pond is completely fenced. No pets please. NO CLEANING FEE!

Spoetzl Haus, 4 blocks to the Shiner Brewery

Spoetzl Haus is a Historic Cottage that once belonged to the Shiner Brewery. It has a farm house feel with an oversized bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and large shower. Easy walking distance to the Spoetzl Brewery and local shopping and restaurants.
