Big and spacious apartment located on a farm

The farm is located about 10 km from the center of Lillehammer(not walking distance)with a great view of southern part of Lillehammer. The apartment is on the top floor of the main house and contains 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 1 bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, dining room with sleeping alcove and a large living room where some space can be converted into a sleeping alcove. There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area. We have 6 chickens and 2 cats.

Located right by Mjøsa and it is only 2km to the center of Gjøvik. It has a fantastic views and sunshine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. TV, internet, ventilation, heat pump and air conditioning.

Huset ligger i umiddelbar nærhet til Mjøsa med fine strender og rekreasjoanområder, Jernbanemuseet, Klatreparken, Ishallen og Domkirkeodden med museum og Domkirkeruinene. Gangavstand til sentrum. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert.

Turstart

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted i naturskjønne omgivelser. Hyttas beliggenhet er på den nordlige siden av Furuberget, og med masse turstier og kun 800 meter gange fra badestrand ved Mjøsa er dette et godt utgangspunkt for turer, avslapping og kos. Å gå eller sykle langs strandpromenaden fra Jessnes til Hamar er en flott tur på ca 8 km, og ett flott utgangspunkt til mange fine opplevelser.

Kjellerleilighet sentralt i Hamar (Domkirkeodden)

En hybelleilighet fra 2019 med stort bad, soverom og stue/kjøkkenløsning. Egen inngang fra baksiden av huset, og tilgang på parkering på fremsiden av huset. Resten av huset er bebodd av oss, og vi har tre barn som kan produsere noe trinnlyd. Ellers er hybelen adskilt fra huset med en brannsikker og lydtett dør,som er låst med nøkkel. TV har kun mulighet for AirPlay, og ingen apper/kanaler

Hamar sentrum.

Moderne arealeffektiv leilighet på 32 m2 ligger meget sentralt rett ved gågata- få minutters gange til togstasjonen , strandpromenaden , høgskolen og kulturhuset. Leiligheten ligger i byggets 4. etasje. Dobbeltseng på soverom - og flott sovesofa ( 120 cm) for 2 i stuen som endres fra sofa til seng med et grep. Sengetøy og håndklær legges frem og er inkludert.
