Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. You have your own private deck with a beautiful view of the valley and hours of bird watching with full use of the pool and hot tub. Our property has a basketball court. Many of Yakima's finest restaurants, theaters and amenities are in a 2-3 block radius. Only an hour from White Pass Ski Resort and short drives to local wineries. Downtown walkability at it's best.

Sugarloaf Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage located in a very private setting on a Hilltop in the center of one of our vineyard's. Open concept home with outstanding views of the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains while only 10 minutes from Yakima and all services. There are several wineries within 5 minutes' drive. The cottage is in an area frequently used by road and mountain bikers and hikers. You will be welcome to walk the vineyards and around sheep pastures on the farm.

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite.
