IMPORTANT: There will be house construction in front of this Airbnb from Mon-Fri from 9-7 pm and some weekends. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are 7 minutes from downtown Forest City. 12 minutes from TIEC, 20 minutes to Shelby, 1 hour to Asheville, and many beautiful mountains, waterfalls, and outdoor activities!

Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.

Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.
