The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

Small cabin located at the end of a paved, dead end road in Carp Lake, Mi. 10 min drive from: Dark sky park, Mackinac Island ferries, Mackinaw City Crossings, hiking trails and more. Easy access to snowmobile/biking trails from cabin. There is a shared sauna on the property with two other cabins . The cabins are all secluded with there own lot.

Gull Cottage

Gull Cottage is a one bedroom, one bathroom cottage on Paradise Lake. It is 10 minutes from Mackinaw City and 45 minutes to Petoskey. The Cabin sits on a large lake lot with another house on the property that is also listed on Airbnb ( Paradise Lake House). It has two queen beds in the bedroom.
