Fox Den is a fully furnished 600 sq ft studio loft apartment with all the amenities that you could need. Eat out or cook in our kitchenette. 1850's historic Victorian farmhouse near our 6th generation family vineyards. Perfect location for your wine weekend getaway! This renovated guest space includes a relaxing library, two bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with access to our large front porch for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine. This space is separate from the owner's living areas in the back of the house. Not suitable for children. We are happy to offer tours of our family farm upon request.

Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. Room is very spacious for 2 but works for 4 with a pull out sofa.

Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.

The apartment is the lower left half of a remodeled farm-house and is your home away from home while you explore the Finger Lakes. The Guest House is steps away from delicious locally sourced food and beverages including seasonal cocktails. Enjoy the day on the wine trail, then park your car and enjoy a relaxing evening with delicious food and beverages at the Stonecat Cafe! The apartment also has a 4 burner gas grill on the back deck where you can enjoy a meal and beautiful lush scenery.

Great for families or groups of friends, this cozy, well stocked home lets you catch a glimpse of the wine-making and grape growing process next door. Easy lake access is just down the road.

Kick back and relax in your own stylish, private lakefront cottage. You can enjoy spectacular views of Seneca Lake and her beautiful sunsets. You'll be located on the lake, just off of Rt 414, in a prime stretch of wineries, breweries, dining, hiking, local markets and live music. Your hosts, Stephanie & Kevin, are locals and appreciate what a unique experience this area provides. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet, with many local residents calling it home.
