Sits on the edge of a cow pasture where cows moo(DO NOT FEED, they’re large and can hurt you, NOT RESPONSIBLE for people who have messed with cows.) Also has a pond with ducks that quack. (You’re welcome to feed them by the fence.) *No dishwasher, if allergic to Gain febreeze plug-in contact owner prior to arrival.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This tiny home was built in 2022. Sitting on almost 5 acres with a pond, this place is the meaning of relaxing! Enjoy your time with a beautiful view, and unwinding from the business of the outside world. There are many choices for dining, entertainment and shopping within a few minutes drive! If you are looking to book an event, please go into the house rules and under additional rules are the terms and agreement for booking events.

IN-Law Suite

This In-Law Suite is a totally separate, fully equipped apartment. Private entry and parking space; fenced back yard. Full living room has a faux leather sofa, tv, built in desk. Full kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher; all pots & pans, etc. provided. The bathroom has a tub with shower and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a very large walk-in closet. Neighborhood is upper middle class, safe, clean, nice. Near Kroger, Wal-Mart, downtown. All are welcome.

Tucked away in the woods, see the stars and hear nature as you enjoy family time, couple’s time, or quiet time alone. Have your morning coffee or a glass of wine on the back porch or around the fire pit. A great country retreat that’s just minutes from downtown Kilgore, and less than 20 minutes to Longview and Tyler. Also convenient to great antique shopping in Gladewater and Henderson.

Private suite w/King bed & great shower!

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

The home is spacious, clutter free, and conveniently located a mile from town and less than a 2 minute walk to Kilgore College. Private backyard, less than $5 food delivery, private park across the street and less than a block from college police station.
