The self-catering accommodation consists of a (super king size) bedroom and spacious luxurious bathroom, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors opening onto the south facing balcony with rural views. Stable Cottage, Mocktree Barns, nr Ludlow

Stable is a cosy dog-friendly character cottage with an open-plan living space and an upstairs king double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Stable is one of a five cottage barn conversion adjacent to the host's home set amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills and border Marches; on the edge of the Downton Estate and Mortimer Forest; with walks/cycling from the doorstep - this cottage is an ideal base for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing in our courtyard.

Explore The Wye Valley From This Beautiful Barn

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons. Flagstone Cottage, Broadley Farm

Flagstone Cottage has a lovely open fireplace and is on a quiet remote farm in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Wonderful mountain views from the cottage. There are miles of footpaths in these uncrowded hills, the only sounds are birds and sheep. Two pubs are in walking distance: The historic Llanthony Priory Cellar bar which serves delicious home made food from Tuesday evening until Sunday. and the welcoming Half Moon Hotel - good beer and great for walkers and dog owners.

The Log Shed is a chic rustic barn conversion located on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border. Set in 70 acres of stunning countryside with views for miles. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

The Stables is a single storey stone property converted 12 years ago, it is part of‘Cotts Farm’ and is situated at the end of a private tree lined drive, and nestled in the heart of Lugwardine. It is a 10 min stroll to a beautiful country pub, with beer garden. Hereford city centre is a mere 2.5 miles. Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!

The Piggery - rural retreat with eco hot tub

The Piggery is a beautifully converted property situated in rural Monmouthshire – a dark sky area, just outside the village of Skenfrith - providing an ideal location for a relaxing or active break at all times of the year with fabulous walks on the doorstep or within easy driving distance. The property has its own entrance and parking area with private south facing terraced garden. The fabulous Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons are a short drive away.
