Beautiful Log Mountain Home with a View

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

Relax and recharge on our small, organic farmstead while enjoying the majestic sunsets over Mesa Verde. This year, we are focusing on gorgeous flowers to brighten the view! The 14 x16 glamping tent has everything you need for a cozy stay - a woodstove, a queen-sized bed, solar lighting, electric blanket, and a pair of Adirondack chairs for late-night star-gazing. A private bathhouse offers a HOT SHOWER, sink, and composting toilet. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the outdoor camping kitchen.

Our 10-acre farm is conveniently located 9 miles from the Mesa Verde National Park entrance and midway between two famous mountain biking destinations. Please relax and enjoy your mountain stay on our slice of serenity, with great views in a serene, calming environment. Enjoy mountain hikes, fly fishing, and skiing. Mountain Beauty Medspa's practice is also on the property. If you wish, participate in one of many Mountain Beauty Medspa's services from IPL, Microderm, Botox, or fillers.

Welcome to Wildcat Cabin. You will find the location to be private and secluded yet close to downtown Durango and all it has to offer. Be ready to see tons of wildlife from your perch at 7200 feet of elevation. Sitting on almost 9 acres, the residence features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- just 15 minutes from downtown Durango and 45 minutes from Purgatory. Lake Nighthorse is only 5 minutes away and Hesperus is only 15 minutes away!

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
