More suitable for 1 to 2 guests, but happy to accommodate 4 "good" :) friends (bathroom access is thru the bedroom). 10 min to airport, 15 min to Whitewater Center, 20 min to downtown Charlotte, 5 min to downtown Belmont bars, restaurants and shops; walk to park and boat landing.

We often see rabbits, deer, squirrels, turkeys, and foxes on our property. The studio is located above a garage, with a private entrance. The studio has a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. The studio features oak floors, granite counters, a walk-in closet, a full bath and a kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave, hot plate, and toaster oven.
