Family Foreshore Beach House. Tucked at the end of a quiet culdesac this relaxed foreshore hideaway is made for barefoot holidays. Wander to rock pools, play on the lawn, watch wallabies graze and kookaburras laugh in the trees or gather on the deck as the BBQ sizzles and waves roll in. Two living areas give families space to spread out while cosy bedrooms invite slow mornings with sea views. A fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays and entertaining a breeze your island home away from home

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

This beautifully appointed modern, bright and spacious 2 bedroom home is located on the beachfront at Ventnor, Phillip island, with uninterrupted water views. The residence is fully self contained, private with a separate entrance from the attached main house. It has its own courtyard at the back and abundant grass area at the front leading to the beautiful beach. Single level, very spacious, fully heated & air conditioned. No groups over 6/parties/schoolies. Manager next door 24 hrs.

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

Here for the seaside? You’re a 3 minute drive from Balnarring Beach.
