It is convenient to Columbia’s universities, nightlife, restaurants, shopping and arts. It may not be for everyone...but it just might be perfect in its imperfection for you!

Within a one mile radius of downtown Columbia, University of South Carolina, Benedict College stadium, Prism Health Richland Hospital, Prism Health Baptist Hospital and MUSC medical center.
