Golden Days! Beautiful, dog friendly home w/large fenced yard. Short drive to the square, city beach, Revolver brewery & Dinosaur Valley/Glen Rose. 3 bdrm/2 full baths. Bdrm 1 has a queen bed, bdrm 2 has a queen bed & a futon, bdrm 3 has 2 twin beds. New comfy bed toppers 12/24. Absolutely no smoking in our home! We are on a septic system so please be respectful of that. No food or oils down the kitchen sink (please throw everything in the trash) TP only in the toilets. No feminine products.

At the tip top of the Texas hill country, the Birdhouse offers endless views from the bedroom balcony while providing a rustic feel with modern amenities. It is the perfect spot to feel both lost and found all at once. Minimum age for guests is 18. Hot tub is up : note an additional charge may apply if the hot tub is found turned off, not set to the appropriate temperature, or if the lid is left open. These measures help us maintain the quality and efficiency of the hot tub for all guests.

It's a wonderful place to hang out, enjoy the view and the wildlife around. We are just a short 5 minute drive into historic downtown Granbury, full of wonderful shops and dining options!
