Little Trout, Nether Wallop: an oasis of calm

Little Trout is the annex to a 17th century thatched cottage. A one-bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, large shower and comfortable sitting room, it is perfect for a trip to West Hampshire and the Test Valley. You will find an oasis of calm in a busy world where you can relax in comfort after an active day visiting the many sites of historic interest or admiring our beautiful local scenery. Almost all our guests have told us that the bed is the most comfortable they have ever slept in!

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

The Annexe - Unique and Tranquil Getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, complete with its own private tennis court, should you wish to use it. In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. You'll love our modern light annex which is separate to our home nestled in the heart of this popular Test Valley village. With a welcoming pub and a community shop within walking distance you have the freedom to eat out or bring provisions back to cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Whether you enjoy walking (we are midway on the Clarendon Way) cycling, fishing or fancy day trips out, Winchester Salisbury New Forest and plenty of National Trust properties are all within easy reach.

Modern bungalow in a quiet area of Romsey, level walk to town and rail station. Travel links to Southampton, Winchester and Salisbury, close to the New Forest. On street parking available. Kitchen featuring Bosch utilities including washing machine and dishwasher, double oven. Microwave available. Breakfast bar. Bathroom has bath with overhead shower. One double bed and open plan sitting room/ conservatory including dining area. Patio doors to decking and private back garden.

Pretty Garden View at Coopers Farmhouse

The garden annexe to Coopers Farmhouse. This self-contained unit is upstairs, above our garage, with a balcony overlooking gorgeous fields and garden. You enter the living room with a mini-kitchen, TV and sitting area and sofa bed (king). Through an archway (no door) and in the bedroom the twin beds can zip together and be made into a lovely big double if required. Finally, an ensuite shower room. A small continental breakfast will be left for your first morning's stay.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

Peaceful riverside retreat in the Test Valley

This airy and comfortable detached bungalow is within our wonderfully rural and peaceful garden, at the end of a private drive near Stockbridge. Its view is over a stream of the River Test to a field with sheep, cows and chickens, and it has its own patio. Horsebridge is a hamlet with a pub, close to where the Test Way and Clarendon Way cross; both are perfect for walkers and cyclists. Salisbury, Winchester, Southampton and Stonehenge are all but a short drive away.

Idyllic Detached Lodge nr Salisbury Wiltshire

Owls Lodge is an idyllic retreat for two. Completed in 2016 the Lodge is both comfortable and stylish. Located within the garden of the farmhouse, this fantastic lodge has been finished in a contemporary way with relaxation in mind. Situated down a short gravel track along the Clarendon way which is on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border, Owls lodge is perfectly positioned for long peaceful walks and cycling.
