Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly, dogs only. ($50 per stay, maximum 2 dogs).

The living area includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable furniture to enjoy a smart tv and fireplace. A King bed and full bath on the main floor. The loft has a queen bed. Welcome to the Howard Ritz our newly renovated property in the heart of Howard, Ohio. Even though the property is on the main road 36, you are still right at nature’s doorstep. This small home is beautiful furnished and has everything you need. This property has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and one bedroom. It is also located on the Kokosing Gap bike trail. There is also canoe access to the Kokosing River just around the corner. We have storage on site for your bikes, canoes or kayaks.

We are in the middle of an Amish community with country dirt/gravel roads, amish, buggies, hills and valleys, gorgeous sunsets across the ridge views, neighboring Amish Farm in the valley below. You may see horses or cows roaming the fields. So just relax in the hot tub or visit a nearby bakery, venture out or stay in to grill and chill.
