This is a studio guest suite with a private living room and private porch. The private entrance has easy self check in through the keyless entry and up to two parking spots.

The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.
