I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

It is the same floorplan on 1 acre of land with a view of the valley. We generally don't rent to locals from Idaho Falls. If you are a local feel free to message us.

Temple View Haven

Enjoy your peaceful getaway at our Temple View Haven. This space is the upstairs of our home that we remodeled, added a master bathroom, and created a haven for couples to relax and enjoy their time together. You will enter through your private entrance on the back of our home and ascend the stairway that was originally tucked away in a closet, almost a hidden stairway to the upstairs. The stairs are a little steep and ceilings are low so watch your step and your head. There is no kitchen.

This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!

Enjoy the peace of country farmland in this cozy 1-bedroom cottage, with downtown Idaho Falls just ten minutes away. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the kitchen, and you might notice our hens wandering through the backyard flower garden. You can enjoy skiing, hiking and other outdoor fun in the nearby area. Originally a milking shed, the Cottage is full of character! It's best used by two people, but four could fit in with the sofa bed.
