This home is about 5 minutes away from the ferry to Port Aransas and the beach. Rockport Beach is a quick 15 minute drive and Corpus Christi is under 30 minutes away! Perfect area for fishing and boating! No pets.

The property is just 12 miles from port Aransas and fishing spots are even closer. We have a small "play around" kayak that welcome to use in the area. We also have 2 fishing kayaks that can be rented.
