Situated 2 miles from the town centre and on two bus routes, this makes an ideal choice for two people passing through or staying longer. Set in the owner's grounds of Mackenzie House and close to all Strathpeffer village amenities. Off street parking at the door for up to two cars. The cottage has three bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, family shower-room and a second toilet with whb. All level access and wheelchair accessible. Private garden area to enjoy the surroundings.

The Cabin is an open plan, newly built unit with hot tub, set in its own private grounds with ample parking. With stunning views of Ben Wyvis, we are on the NC500 route and also close to plenty amenities including golf courses, many beautiful walks and restaurants. The accommodation comprises of one king size bed, a double-sofa bed, electric heating, electric stove, luxurious shower room and a welcome basket with local produce. No smoking indoors, pet friendly on request.

Hillhaven Lodge

Hillhaven Lodge is an addition to the already well established Hillhaven B&B. The lodge is a luxury, purpose built wooden cabin with full facilities including a Hydrotherapy Hot Tub and wood burning stove. Located 20 minutes from Inverness and the NC500, just outside the village of Fortrose. Local attractions include dolphin watching at Chanonry point, Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club, Eathie fossils, several world famous distilleries and breweries and only 30mins from Loch Ness!

This newly built, open plan studio has a woodburning stove, great views and is ideally suited for exploration of Loch Ness, NC500 and the hills, glens and beaches of north Scotland. The hosts live next door, but the studio has its own private garden area and plenty of parking. There are lovely walks from the door through fields and forest, and a chance to see the Northern Lights. The cabin is in a peaceful rural setting, but only 12 miles from the city of Inverness.

The Cabin is in a quiet residential area of Inverness and still within walking distance of the town centre (1.3 mile walk), the river ness, Eden Court theatre and much more. Free off street parking in our driveway Bus stop 2 minute walk away 🚌 Train station located in town centre 🚂 Supermarket and local shops very close by. There is ASDA superstore 1 mile away. And 2 little shops which are 0.1 and 0.3 miles away for essentials if you need.
