Off of the living room is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer and a large pantry. The kitchen area features new retro appliances with a gas stove. The bathroom has a new walk-in shower with lots of room. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a desk, chair, full mirror and walk-in closet.

Located in far South Hobbs this quaint fully renovated and updated home has quick access to the Eunice Hwy (Hwy 18) as well as the south bypass. This 2 bedroom home offers two queen beds in each room as well as a fold out/futon sofa located in the living room area. With fiber internet service and a 50” smart tv located in the living room, you can access any of your own subscription viewing services. For your convince the laundry room offers a full washer and dryer.

I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.
