Located between Cook Forest and Clear Creek State Park this luxury cabin sits on 10 acres of mature hemlocks and includes a large deck with adjacent fire pit and sitting area. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Cabin sleeps up to 8 people and includes high speed Wi-Fi, new appliances, large flat screen TV, gas heat, air conditioning in bedrooms, and wood burning fireplace.

Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
