This charming 1950's ranch is located in the heart of historic downtown Braselton. Walk to restaurants and events. Conveniently located across the street from the Braselton Civic Center, less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties. This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
