The studio is attached to the end of our house with its own driveway and private separate entrance on eight acres. Private undercover patio screened to ensure your privacy. One queen size bed with linen supplied. Ensuite with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied. Kettle, toaster and small fridge. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottled water are supplied. Plenty of parking for cars, vans and boats. We are situated five minutes from Huskisson, beaches, shops and cafes.

The key safe code will be sent to you early on the day of your arrival. Free Wi-Fi & linen are included except beach towels. Teds is cosy & well equipped with all your basic needs including tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing powder, shampoo, condition & body wash. The lounge does fold out to a double bed. Our cottage is also hidden away from the most hectic and busy locations of Huskisson - Vincentia. Minimum stay is 2 night except on Saturdays.
