Beautiful English gardens. “Pebble Cottage” is practically across the street from Something Natural, a wonderful deli/bakery. In the summer, there is a shuttle bus to town and beach that stops right outside on Cliff Road. Parking space available. Pebble Cottage is the smaller of the 2 houses on the property.

"Upon a Rock" Peace & Quiet - Mid island retreat!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements

Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

Two-bedroom/ 1.5 bath suite in a restored historic building in Town and the only unit in the building accessed through the original front door. Refurbished in 2025, the unit combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and near free public transportation. There is a shared patio in the back of the building with a gas grill and table. NEW for 2026 season: blackout shades in primary bedroom; beach chairs and coolers!

Great Condo In Town!

Great two bedroom condo in town renovated in winter 2025 - new kitchen and updated bathroom. If arriving by ferry, you're just a ten minute walk from dropping off your bags and being on vacation. Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything town offers. Queen bed in master and single in second bedroom. Couch in living room is a pullout as well as option for blow up mattress. The condo is on the second floor.

Family apartment in town

Great for families. Mill Pond Apartments is a short walk from the center of town and ferry docks. Spacious yard with access to grill. Outdoor seating and picnic area. 1 off-street parking spot per rental. This is a family style rental, no parties permitted. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM. Please note that we have a minimum rental of 5 nights per week during the peak season in July and August.

The Mermaid Suite, walk to Beaches, 15 min to town

The Mermaid Suite is an efficiency apartment within walking distance to Nobadeer, Stones and Fisherman's Beaches.
