Additionally, to reserve the unit, we require a 25% of first months rent deposit upon confirmation. The additional 75% is due the day you arrive.

Efficiency private apartment located a few miles from the hospital as well as Historic Downtown New Bern. King bed with option to also have a queen double high air mattress if needed. Very quiet location at the end of a dead end street. Large one acre lot you are welcome to sit outside and enjoy.
