Little Green Cottage

The Little Green Cottage is a peaceful location, on the edge of a calm river, where you can frequently see turtles and frogs. Truly a place to see the night sky and experience nature. Acadia is a little over 2 hours away. Quoddy Head State Park and Campobello Island (Canada - bring your passport), is within 30 minutes. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We just added an office shed for those who have to work on vacation. Additional fee to rent so please request in the booking.

From the deck, you can access the downstairs where you will find an additional bedroom, bathroom and porch/deck.

This recently renovated home features a well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances for cooking a seafood dinner or a light meal. You can also enjoy outdoor dining on our deck as you view a beautiful sunset. This cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and a futon) and one bathroom. Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
